Analytics records do not store your exact GPS location, full IP address, quote form message, or personal details unless you choose to send an enquiry. IP addresses are converted into an anonymous hash before being stored.
Photos and WhatsApp messages
Photos sent by WhatsApp or through the quote process are used to understand the job and provide an accurate quote. Please avoid sending anything unrelated to the cleaning area.
